The Sudbury Town Fire Brigade sit down for its Annual Dinner at the Town Hall on March 25th 1938. Soup was followed by Fresh Salmon Salad and then Roast Chicken and Chip Potatoes. The main course was a choice of Roast Beef or Pork with the appropriate trimmings and the meal was rounded off with Sherry Trifle, Cheese and Biscuits and Coffee. The list of five Toasts started with 'The King' and the gathering concluded with the singing of 'Auld Lang Syne'.
