The Sudbury stationmaster possibly Marcel Fillmore (whose two sons died on active service- refer to the WWII site on the home page.) The photo was probably taken at the end of WWII, just before rail nationalisation created BR. Mr Parker was the stationmaster in the late 1940s/early 50s and Mr Postle came later but from what we have been told about these other men it seems unlikely that either is the man in the picture.
